So when my running buddy and I were on one of our super long training runs for the Chicago Marathon this summer, chatting about everything under the sun and she mentioned her most recent family picture was over 5 years old, I told her we had to remedy that pronto! We did a quick family photo shoot on a beautiful breezy October evening the week after the marathon and we had the prettiest sunlight!
